I started GuideOn Consulting with a simple premise…people matter in everything we do. After working for years in a variety of industries at multiple management levels, I observed a striking truth. In the face of outsourcing, poor work-life balance, demanding goals, or often unrealistic expectations, people are overwhelmingly the deciding factor in conquering the “mountain.” When properly invested in, people bring the power of potential to life by transforming the business from the point of action.
